Every trade, in ink.
G&M Venture Strategies Partners is a two-member Florida LLC in Naples, owned equally by two friends. It invests only its members’ own capital and manages no money for anyone else.
Today that means one concentrated public-markets portfolio, recorded honestly. The intention is a house that backs companies and ideas beyond public markets.

Index and reserve first, then conviction.
Index funds and a long-Treasury fund, a cash reserve, and a short list of companies we understand. Weights are share of account value, rounded to the nearest half percent; the right-hand scale is each position’s unrealized gain as a percentage of what we paid for it.
What we sold, and what it cost.
Every sale this year, the losing ones included. Role marks whether a trade was the position itself or a short taken against it.
Income has arrived every month on record.
Dividends and interest as they were credited, one mark per event. holdings reinvest their dividends automatically; the rest, and bank interest, are credited as cash.

Two partners, equal shares.
Two founders. Equal members. Member-managed. Own capital only.
Who
Two friends who decided the best partner is the one you already trust. We hold the company fifty-fifty, decide together, and write down what we do so that the record, not the story, does the talking.
How we invest
We own the index, keep a reserve, and concentrate where we have a real view. We have used leveraged funds and options to express and offset that view; the record shows where, and what it cost. We reinvest what comes in, and sell when the thesis has paid, not when the chart is exciting.
Where this goes
Public markets are the first ledger, not the last. The plan is to back companies and ideas beyond them, at home and abroad, with the same discipline: our own capital, plain accounting, partners who stay.
